1. General Provisions
This Payment Policy governs all financial transactions conducted through the Quotex trading platform operated by ON SPOT GROUP LLC. By making a deposit or requesting a withdrawal, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
All financial transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. The Company maintains strict procedures to ensure the security, legality, and efficiency of all payments.
2. Accepted Currencies
The Quotex platform supports the following account currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, BRL, IDR, INR, THB, VND, MYR, and various cryptocurrencies. The account currency is selected during registration and generally cannot be changed after the first deposit.
Deposits made in a currency different from your account currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment provider. The Company does not control or guarantee specific exchange rates.
3. Deposit Procedures
3.1 Deposit Requirements
- The minimum deposit amount is $10 USD or equivalent.
- All deposits must be made from payment methods owned by and registered in the name of the account holder.
- Third-party payments (deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals) are strictly prohibited.
- The Company reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.

The Company does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers, banks, and cryptocurrency networks may impose their own fees, which are the responsibility of the Client.
4. Withdrawal Procedures
4.1 Withdrawal Requirements
- The minimum withdrawal amount is $10 USD or equivalent.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The Company aims to process withdrawal requests within 1-5 business days but does not guarantee specific processing times.
4.2 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
In accordance with AML regulations, the following rules apply to all withdrawals:
- Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method and account used for the deposit (method matching rule).
- If the total withdrawal amount exceeds the total deposit amount (i.e., profits), the excess may be withdrawn via any available method.
- The Company may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals.
- Transactions that appear structured to avoid reporting thresholds will be flagged for investigation.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Eligibility
Deposit refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate deposits caused by technical errors (double-charging).
- Deposits made by unauthorized persons using the Client's payment method, subject to investigation.
- Deposits that were not credited to the Client's account due to system errors.
5.2 Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Funds lost through trading activity. Trading losses are an accepted risk and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Deposits made intentionally by the account holder, even if the Client later regrets the decision.
- Funds forfeited due to violations of the Service Agreement or these payment terms.
- Currency conversion differences between the deposit and refund amount.
5.3 Chargeback Policy
Filing a fraudulent chargeback — disputing a legitimate transaction with your bank or card issuer — is a serious violation. If a chargeback is initiated:
- The Client's account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
- The Company will provide the payment provider with evidence of the legitimate transaction.
- If the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, the Client's account will be permanently terminated and any remaining balance forfeited.
- The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover losses from fraudulent chargebacks.
6. Anti-Fraud Measures
The Company employs a range of fraud prevention measures to protect both the platform and its users:
- Transaction monitoring: All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious patterns, unusual amounts, and geographic inconsistencies.
- Device fingerprinting: Devices used to access the account are tracked. Access from new or unrecognized devices may trigger additional verification.
- Velocity checks: Multiple rapid deposit/withdrawal requests may be flagged and temporarily held for review.
- Sanctions screening: All users are screened against international sanctions lists and politically exposed persons (PEP) databases.
7. Cryptocurrency-Specific Terms
- Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum number of network confirmations before being credited (e.g., 3 for BTC, 12 for ETH).
- Deposits sent to the wrong network or wrong address cannot be recovered. The Client is solely responsible for verifying the correct deposit address and network.
- The Company is not responsible for losses caused by blockchain network congestion, failed transactions, or sending unsupported tokens to a deposit address.
- Cryptocurrency withdrawal amounts are subject to real-time exchange rate conversion if the account currency is fiat.
